Day Four

So after almost a week, I have so much less heartburn it’s insane. I am not sure if it’s a coincidence. I started this diet after having been to the store for the week, so I am lacking any nuts and fruits to graze on. So really next week will be a bit more hardcore.

I see that most of the places we eat lunch at have at least one meal that is close to paleo. A lot of veg this week, I think my body is telling me to eat meat and I am for sure having carb cravings. Having just quit smoking I choose to lump those in with the other nagging cravings of my past lifestyle(s). My biggest goal is drop a few inches of my waist and hopefully by then the eating pattern will have changed into habit and I can keep it off.
