So this week I should be able to incorporate more paleo items. I’ve noticed that high carb stocks in the cabinets are dwindling. I still have a few heat and eat meals left for work lunches. These should be easy to finish off, I do feel like crap after eating them, getting all bloated and tired.
I haven’t seen much in terms of weight loss but I’ve seen my energy go up and am not hungry all day. This is a result of grazing. Really looking towards getting completely paleo. Should start seeing some weight come off by December.
