I cannot wait until the rest of the non paleo items are gone. The lbs aren’t falling off yet but I feel so much better having gotten off the grains. As for sugar, there is some in the dressings and I’ve used honey in my tea. I cut out coffee, from a pot a day to like a pot in the last two weeks.
The change is also giving me the mental benefit of something else to think about besides work stress. Despite any negative comments about blogging, it does help to do it. There is enough negativity daily to really do damage, I used to blow it off but have seen first hand how it impacts people.
