Day 16

This morning I grilled up a handful of lean ground beef with onions and jalapenos. I used a little garlic mayo on it. It’s now about 3:45pm and I am just getting hungry. I’ve only had a handful of almonds and cashews along with a handful of dried cranberries and sunflower seeds.  I skipped the heat and heat soup, just didn’t want the heaviness today. So for dinner I will have a green salad and chicken, probably grilled on the Foreman.
