One more to go and 30 days is down. My plan, is to keep the blog going but after the first 30 go from a daily blurb on what I ate to a semi weekly update. Who the eff cares what I eat, except me? The folks want the results, as I have so many readers. Hopefully the scope of the blog will expand to any physical activities I get to include after my last visit to the doctor. I hope to get out more and do some primal things.
