I looked forward to this all day, it was more fun than building DHCP servers. Today is my modified day 2 of week one for the RKC minimum program. I was told to do no getups so I opted for the standard 10 minute warm up of lifts and halos, followed by 4 rounds of AOS round 7 from Providence, cleans and presses. I feel good no pain, we’ll see how it goes tomorrow. I’m sure my form for cleans is ok on my right but my left needs work. I can now do them without bruising too bad. Today’s soundtrack was the rest of RATM debut record.
