Start the Riot

Two days rest, my right elbow started hurting yesterday for no reason. Today, back into the fray. Fought through the pain. AOS Providence rounds 1 through 4 for warmup (15 minutes) followed by 200 swings in 12 minutes. This is still my 20 pounder. Today’s session was fueled by Atari Teenage Riot and their Burn Berlin Burn record.
