Before the glut of non primal food is paraded in front of me I chose to knock out a quick kettlebell session. I did just the first 4 rounds of AOS. Swing ladders, chest press ladders, sumo/squats ladders, left/right clean ladders. Squats really took out of me this week (maybe I’m doing them right).
