I slacked for the last few days. No excuse but being lazy. I missed it. So today I did the first 3 minutes of AOS as a warmup for safety, followed by the RKC minimum warmup Halos and squats for 10 minutes. Swings followed this, sets of 20 across 12 minutes. Knocked out 220 swings, 70 halos, 70 squats. I WILL do the same tommorow. Disturbed provided beats. Indestructible.
