Payback.

I told myself I’d do it again today. Good student, I am. AOS warmup, then sets of halos, sumos, swings and chest press ladders. 24 minutes allowed me 60 halos, 60 sumos, 140 swings, and 3 chest ladders. The ladders are 5 on the left, 5 on the right. Then 4, then 3, then 2, then singles. Raw count for the left 45, same for right. Audible motivation provided by Mudvayne and L.D. 50
