Personal Challenge

Every weekday this month I plan to do 200 swings. People told me to go back to the 20 pounder but I say no. 35 pound all the way. I also was only doing sessions every other day, so some gain should be noticed by month end. I’ll do other movements on the weekends. In 21 minutes I got 200 swings in sets of 20 with walking in between for active rest. Soundgarden Louder Than Love. #fuckyeah
